How to contact us for a service request…

All requests, within standard or after-hours, can be made by contacting our office and 24-hour emergency number of 021 976 0327. Although this is a landline number, it’s operated through a VOIP system on the assigned responsible person’s cell phone, which would be either the general manager, junior manager, or company owner.

We understand that emergencies are an important part of our business and reliability to our clients – we are geared for 24-hour emergency service by having a standby rotation schedule with our teams.

Process to make standard or after-hours requests:

1) Call the office and 24-hour emergency number 021 976 0327
2) Email info@thompsonsplumbing.co.za (standard requests only, not emergency-related)

Via call/email:

NEW client details to be submitted:
1) Name & surname
2) Full address
3) Direct contact number
4) Email address
5) ID number (POPIA compliant – used for debt collection purposes if required) or VAT number for business entities

EXISTING client details to be submitted:
1) Name and surname
2) Full address
3) Direct contact number
4) Brief description of the job at hand/requirements.

The Thompson’s Plumbing standby team will be contacted. The client will be contacted back with confirmation of the teams estimated time of arrival.

We believe that knowledge is power and prioritise the extra effort that is required for each of our clients to clearly understand their job process. We achieve this by the following:

Time: each job is recorded to the minute and billed accordingly.

Details: quotations and invoices are issued with a detailed job process required or undertaken from start to finish and issued with before, during and after photos.

Insurance claims: where the client will be submitting an insurance claim for the work undertaken, we provide detailed reports covering the necessary details required for insurers and brokers, such as assessment and damage reports, notices of non-compliance, certificates of compliance and leak detection reports.

Reports: such as assessment and damage reports, notices of non-compliance, certificates of compliance and leak detection reports can be issued for non-insurance related services too.
